New Carpet

We recently had the carpet in our living room replaced (the only carpet in our apartment).  It was in terrible condition when we moved in, and now we have beautiful, plush new carpet.

Justin helped our landlord's son pull up the old stuff.  Good bye matted, brown carpet.

With fresh cream carpet on the floor, the room looks so much lighter and cleaner.  In fact, we feel like the whole apartment got an upgrade. And the nice, clean carpet helped push me to finish my fall pillow covers (my Personal Progress project).

Our latest family picture is still missing in the center frame. Oh well--not everything is perfect.
