Letter of the Week: B

Here's a run-down of what's been going on in the Farmer house...

B is for Basketball
Justin and I went our first Mav's game last week at the American Airlines Center.  We watched the Mavericks easily defeat the Jazz (who had just barely traded their star Deron Williams to the Nets that morning) 118 to 99.  We sat in the cheapest tickets (see picture), but we had a great view of the court and had a good time.  We'll go again sometime before we leave Dallas.

We also have been watching lots of BYU basketball--the good, the great, and the other games/events we've tried to erase from our memories.  We're excited for the Mountain West tournament coming up and hope/expect the best for our Cougars!

B is for Braces
Last week Justin started using Invisalign to straighten out his pearly whites.  As Justin has pointed out, these are not actual braces, but close enough for me (and it worked better for the blog title). Justin has several different plastic trays that he wears over his teeth that will gradually move his teeth into a perfect alignment.  As a dental student he has become very picky, and with his significant student discount, he couldn't pass up the opportunity.  He will have to wear them for about 6 months.
B is for Belly Burst
It seems like over the past few weeks I have just gotten bigger and bigger!  I no longer have a "bump," but an obvious round belly housing our little one.  Everything is still going great, I'm just tired and running out of clothes that still fit. Here's my latest picture (today) at 26.5 weeks.
