A few of you may know of my dislike for the snow and cold winter weather. I can handle a couple of snow storms if they are followed by warm and sunny days, but I am having a hard time with this weather. After our surprise snowfall, we had a warm weekend (highs of 44 and 53 F). But then came a week of bitter cold, with highs below freezing. We stayed inside and tried to stay warm, only going out when we had to.
Then on Wednesday it was warmer, and the snow slowly melted. We went outside for a few minutes to play ball, but the ground (and air) was very wet.
The fog was so thick we couldn't even see the end of our street.
And Thursday was so windy we couldn't go out and play, either. Bummer.
Hopefully the weather will improve, but it's not looking good.
