Camille's week in Connecticut

My little sister, Camille, is spending the summer in NYC because her husband had an internship with Credit Suisse. Usually our family is far away on the west coast, but it only took a her short train ride to come visit us for a few days in Connecticut.  For her pictures/blog post about the trip, visit this link.

She arrived in New Haven, so we had a quick lunch at IKEA and shopped for a few things before heading back. Once we were home, Nolan maximized his time with Camille reading books, singing songs, and visiting the park. Camille was so sweet and did everything Nolan asked.

Nolan specifically asked to go to the park with the "seahorse."

He loves the slide (and I love his static hair).

Feeding the ducks.

My first green frog spotted in the wild. He/she was hiding in the pond.

Friday night was Justin's endodontic residency party. Here are the other residents in his year.

Saturday morning we drove back down to New Haven to drop Camille off and send her back to New York. (For future reference, never go to the Waterbury "train station.")

While we were in New Haven, we stopped at IKEA again.

Then we visited East Rock Park--the highest point in the area,
and looked over the city before heading back home.
