The 4th

For the 4th of July, we had a simple celebration with the Oesers. 

We grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, and corn and also ate plenty of watermelon.

One interesting thing about New England is that they have their own way of slicing hot dog buns.  It's not the normal side slice, but they're sliced down the middle on top.  They taste exactly the same, but it is slightly more convenient to hold your hot dog and condiments.

Then we finished off the night with a few sparklers.  Nolan was not very impressed.
