February 28th was National Pancake Day, so we celebrated by going to IHOP and getting our "free" stack of buttermilk pancakes. We went with our good friends, the Wilkinsons, and it a fun dinner and a great excuse to get out of the house. And Nolan had his first taste of restaurant food (some little pieces of pancake--hence my need to document a ridiculous "holiday").
