Justin's parents came down to visit us for their spring break. The week was busy...
We went for walks around the lakes and fed the ducks.
We celebrated Justin's birthday a little late, and Nolan's and my birthday very early.
On Thursday we visited the beautiful campus of Southern Methodist University.
And as luck would have it, one of the gates to the football stadium was open and we got to take a look around.
And then we headed to Meadows Museum (the art museum) on campus.
(For those of you in Dallas, it's free Thursday nights from 5-9 pm.)
On Friday, Justin's afternoon patient canceled and we picked him up from school early...
...and went to visit Pioneer Plaza in downtown Dallas.
We also walked around and saw other notable artwork and architecture in the downtown area.
Rumor had it that the Easter Bunny was stopping by our place a week early, so we dyed eggs Saturday.
And Sunday morning, Nolan got his first basket from the Easter Bunny and we watched General Conference.
It was a packed week, and we're glad they got to come and visit.
The next time they come, we'll be packing up and moving out of Dallas.

Lots of cute pictures! Love Nolan's thighs, still chunky! I love how you gave Nolan an Easter basket.
ReplyDeleteWe have to credit Justin's parents for being the Easter Bunny this year. It was funny to see him go through the basket--he did NOT like the grass.
